Why would you need a “On the day coordinator” you’ve planned your wedding to perfection.
You will have dreamt of this big day all of your life, and after all that time and energy you will have poured into planning your wedding, this service is designed to give you, and your family, peace of mind.
On the day itself, I will be there to give you and your guests my full assistance, looking after every little detail and ensuring all goes to plan, the way you have planned it
I truly care about every element of your wedding day just as much as you do and will work tirelessly to give every detail the highest level of attention.

The Schedule
The schedule, this is critical to have, not only on your wedding day, but during the planning process.
Approx 6 weeks before your big day, we will have a consultation to chat through your big day, the when, the where, suppliers, times of the ceremony, venue availability etc,
With this information I will build you an hour-by-hour wedding day schedule which will includes things like arrival times, drinks times and who is doing what.
I will then reach out to each of your suppliers including your venue to introduce myself. visiting sites where necessary.
Subject to your suppliers, I will then, 2-4 weeks before your big day, use all the information I have gathered to create a schedule for approval.
On the big day
A team of 2 for up to 10 hours, to oversee supplier set up if necessary
All light set up & styling where necessary
Oversee catering facilities
Oversee arrival of guests and suppliers
Troubleshoot where required
Managing timings until the first dance/cake cutting

Our on-the-day coordination service includes the following aspects. However, this package can be tailored to your personal requirements.
Meet with you 6 weeks before the big day to discuss plans made and suppliers booked
Visit / contact with venue and all suppliers to ensure all is on track, reconfirm final details, arrange all timings and organisational aspects of the day
Visit the ceremony and reception venues to familiarise myself with the location and layout
Produce a timeline for the day in discussion with you and your suppliers which will act as the running schedule for the day
Attendance on the day for 10 hours to ensure the smooth running of the day and to oversee all arrangements
Act as a first port of call for any questions or problems from suppliers or venue staff
Ceremony management and overseeing the set up – liaise with church/venue prior to the day and on the day, set up of order of service and other ceremony items, coordinate set up of flowers and musicians, deliver/ensure that personal flowers for the wedding party are in place, coordinate ushers/groomsmen with their duties.
Oversee venue set up i.e. table plans, centre pieces, place cards, favours, gift table, photo displays and any other decorations
Greet suppliers and instruct on timings, venue layout and where to set up
Provide assistance to the bridal and groomsmen parties and all guests
Tidying of bridal suite after use
Coordinate the order of the day including ceremony, drinks reception, wedding breakfast, speeches, cutting of the cake, first dance, etc
Coordinate toastmaster announcements and co-ordinate supplier payments if needed
Deal with any issues that arise discreetly and efficiently
