We will have a consultation to chat through your big day. The where, the when, times of the ceremony, venue availability etc ,
With this information I will build you an hour by hour wedding day schedule which will includes things like arrival times, drinks times and who is doing what.
You can share your timeline. Manage your vendors, wedding party and parents, as well as your wedding checklist.
When you have a timeline, you will know exactly when your day will start and end, as well as exactly how long each different part of your day is for.
And because your timeline has realistic event durations, your vendors will have the correct amount of time they need to do their best work for you, without compromising their craft, and more importantly, without having to charge you expensive hourly overtime fees.
This is critical to have, not only on your wedding day, but during the planning process.

So, what will be included?
-up to a 2 hour consultation to discuss your big day, your suppliers, your venue, your date.
– I will then create you a schedule book for your own personal use, from the ceremony time with up to 3 changes, this will be incredibly useful for your chosen suppliers
-Access to our online directory of local suppliers
– For an additional cost, I could extend the schedule to include, bridal preparation and supply set up.
