What is included in my full wedding planning service
Well, firstly, everything included in all my other services, Design and Styling, Schedule Creation and “On the day Coordination” but with so much more
I base this service over a 18-month period, giving us just over a year on your wedding planning journey, obviously this can be longer or shorter depending on time of booking..
Stage 1 -The groundwork
Stage 1 may seem a little daunting, but if we get this stage in place quickly, it forms the foundation of your big day and ensure the wedding planning goes smoothly. At this stage, we work on the budget, schedules, and styling.
- Budget – Before we can book any suppliers creating a realistic budget is key.
- Schedules – A month-by-month schedule is created, and a second schedule for on the on-the-day schedule.
- Styling – Finally, the design board will be produced as it will help us book suppliers.
I tend to provide my couple suppliers for each category, summarising the suppliers’ proposals and giving my thoughts on the pros and cons of each
This stage might take you from the 18 to 12 month period.
Stage 1 -The Suppliers
Time to secure all our suppliers, some may already be in place due to availability and you knowing you wanted a certain supplier, some suppliers could include your cake, your hair and make-up artist(s), your stationer, the décor suppliers and entertainment
We’ll start by ensuring your design board is still accurate. Then we go about booking suppliers for the styling and design from table settings. I’ll bring your ideas together and inspire you with ideas and suppliers that match your vision.
At the beginning of this stage I will recheck timings for the day so we can book suppliers based on a realistic schedule. For example, if you’re booking reception entertainment then we’ll book them for roughly the correct times meaning the quote is less likely to change as we go through the process
This stage may take you from 11 to 7 months before your wedding.
Stage 1 -The finer details
During this stage I will guide you through all the finer details and decisions that need to be made to give you a personalised, unique wedding that runs smoothly
So many decisions will need to be made during this phase. Let’s take your wedding ceremony for example… you’ll need to decide on the music you want played for your ceremony , your guest entrance music, you all important big entrance, leaving the ceremony etc. Will this be a live band, does the venue have speaker you can use. If it is live entertainment, are you happy for your band to drink alcohol? The list goes on. All these very detailed questions need to be thought through and answered to ensure you get the service you want, and the day goes smoothly. I have similar checklists for every supplier to make sure that you get exactly what you want.
This stage may take you from about 6 months to about 2 months before the big day.
Stage 1 -The final preparations
This stage takes us up to the big day.
It’s at this stage, your suppliers will start to look at your wedding vision in more details. I will be on hand to reconfirm all the details we previously discussed. Rest assured all your suppliers will know exactly what is expected and when. I’ll also brief my assistant (if you have over about 50 guests, I’ll need at least one additional assistant with me on the day) and make sure that everybody is clear on their roles. Check in on the venue and many many other details.
I’ll then work on my kit for the day, printing all important documents and preparing my emergency kit. My kit has everything you, your guest, or I might need to ensure your day goes without a hitch.
This stage will take us from 1 month to the big day itself

– Set up & styling where necessary ( no heavy lifting)

– Managing timings until the first dance/cake cutting
