On the Day Coordination

You will have dreamt of this big day all of your life, and after all that time and energy you will have poured into planning your wedding, this service is designed to give you, and your family, piece of mind.

 On the day itself, I’ll be there to give you and your guests my full assistance, looking after every little detail and ensuring all goes to plan, the way you have planned it 

I truly care about every element of your wedding day just as much as you do and will work tirelessly to give every detail the highest level of attention. 

So Instead of you rushing off to sort out problems or worrying if suppliers have turned up, you can relax and enjoy your special day knowing that you have no ‘on the day jobs’ to do and everything will go according to plan.   Trust in B Beautiful, your real life Fairy Godmothers.

Prices and your Package

Up to 9 hours  from £750 

Our on-the-day coordination service includes the following aspects. However, this package can be tailored to your personal requirements.

Meet with you 6 weeks before the big day to discuss plans made and suppliers booked

Visit / contact with venue and all suppliers to ensure all is on track, reconfirm final details, arrange all timings and organisational aspects of the day

Visit the ceremony and reception venues to familiarise myself with the location and layout

Produce a timeline for the day in discussion with you and your suppliers which will act as the running schedule for the day

Attendance on the day for 9 hours to ensure the smooth running of the day and to oversee all arrangements

Act as a first port of call for any questions or problems from suppliers or venue staff

Ceremony management and set up – liaise with church/venue prior to the day and on the day, set up of order of service and other ceremony items, coordinate set up of flowers and musicians, deliver/ensure that personal flowers for the wedding party are in place, coordinate ushers/groomsmen with their duties.

Complete venue set up i.e. table plans, centre pieces, place cards, favours, gift table, photo displays and any other decorations

Greet suppliers and instruct on timings, venue layout and where to set up

Provide assistance to the bridal and groomsmen parties and all guests

Tidying of bridal suite after use

Coordinate the order of the day including ceremony, drinks reception, wedding breakfast, speeches, cutting of the cake, first dance, etc

Provide toastmaster announcements and co-ordinate supplier payments if needed

Deal with any issues that arise discreetly and efficiently

Coordination of post wedding day clear up and jobs – packing and tidying up, disposal of rubbish, supplier returns/collections.

Extended presence on-the-day, beyond the standard 9 hours.

Wedding weekend management for extended celebrations

Table plan management – styling ideas, creation of table plan and escort cards.

Preparing a must-have shot list for your photographer

Compiling a set list for your band/DJ

Arranging first dance lessons

Shopping for styling props, little extras or wedding party gifts

Collection/returning of wedding attire
